Just about to flower in my garden and flowering across verges and fields in the countryside and in wild corners of the city, yarrow is your best friend. Drank as a tea yarrow can help tummy ache, digestion, ease menstrual pain and regulate menstrual cycles. Here is a tea for everyone :
A POT OF TEA FOR COLDS AND FLU
1 small bunch of yarrow leaves
1 head of elderflower
2 sprigs of peppermint
Put it in the teapot with boiling water and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, voila!
